[AD] [WIN] windowed driver patch

Angelo's work made me think of a little improvement to bring to the windowed
driver in color conversion mode: locking the primary surface earlier to halt
GDI before doing the clipping, which is I think better than the current
method (that does the contrary).

And I got a big surprise: a performance boost of more than 20% !

Now I'd like to know if the patch works as nicely on other machines as on
mine (especially fast ones) and doesn't bring back artifacts on screen.
