[AD] display switch bug

Hi,

The attached code crashes (reboots) Windows 2000 when I Alt-Tab 
away from the program. I compiled it using MinGW and tried both 
WIP 3935 and CVS with the asm blit bug fixed.

My system:

Windows 2000 SP1
DirectX 8.0a
RivaTNT running in 1024x768x32

Anything else you need to know?
