[AD] Taking addresses of emulated functions

Hehe, I finally got around to it :-)

This patch makes it possible to take the addresses of stricmp(), memcpy(),
etc., when emulated versions are provided by Allegro. If you think no-one
will ever try to do this... well I did it in Sheep in order to use stricmp()
as a comparison function for qsort() :-)

If there are no objections, can somebody apply this patch please?
