If that is true and I understand that right, that is very unacceptable.  BGUI2 
library does both at the same time.  You can move windows, and all of the 
objects are derived from the Allegro versions, with overloaded draw functions. 
 Secondly, some programs create dialogs on the fly instead of using global 
constant dialog arrays.
