[AD] Win32 joy revised

Sometime ago I corrected some bug in win32 joy driver.

The old driver has maxjoysticks equal 2 and maxbuttons equal 8.

Now i have 4 joysticks conected. One joystick is a PSX joy with 10 buttons. 

I send the diff for 4 joysticks support and 10 buttons for each joystick.

The new driver is testesd with the new 3.9.34 version and works fine.
