[AD] add d3d to windows port?

Wouldn't it be cool if allegro used Direct3D to render polygon3d's?

I realize that you would have to setup the directx cameras, and
textures.  But those could be done in polygon3d (i.e check if the
pointer to the bitmap is in the texture buffer, if not add it).

It would speed up the rasterizers quite a bit for platforms that have
3d functions.
