Hi.

This patch makes expat work under vesafb (unluckily I am forced to use it
now). Also, I was unable to replicate the 8bpp behaviour for truecolor
modes without changing DRAW_MODE_SOLID_PATTERN to DRAW_MODE_MASKED_PATTERN
because zero is not mask color in truecolor modes.
