I've changed the way DGA driver clears memory.  I have not tested it,
so I would be grateful if somebody can test it (the code is already in
CVS).

If you complain about speed, then this faster version might help you,
if you find it useful that memory can be left untouced, then disable
clearing DGA video memory by setting 'dga_clear' configuration option
to 0.  Most people don't need to see contents of video memory, so
default behaviour is to clear memory.
