[AD] Please apply the AL_CONST BITMAP patch

Hi,

Could somebody please apply the AL_CONST BITMAP patch? It still applies
fine against the latest CVS version. It can be found at:

I cannot post it to the list as it is too large.

The patch removes any AL_CONST keyword from BITMAP types; this is in
response to what George Foot said about `const' not making sense for
BITMAP objects. It does not cause compilation problems and should make
things cleaner/easier on Windows - in fact, it should stop some warnings
(IIRC).
