[AD] fsel patch

hi,

This diff modifies the file selector. It improves the browsing through
directories : after changing to the parent directory, the old selector just
puts the cursor bar on the first position in the list of directories and
files, which is not very natural. The new selector remembers the directory
name and after changing to the parent, it puts the cursor bar on it - like
in file managers (in DOS for example Norton Commander or Midnight Commander
under Linux), so the user can easily browse through the directories (without
having to search the old directory each time he changes to the parent dir).

P.S.: The diff must be applied against the original WIP 3.9.32
