[AD] recursive_for_each_file()

Hi,

Here is a patch to add a recursive_for_each_file() function (only tested
on DJGPP). It is `const'-correct, unicode-aware and platform independent
(or should be). The patch should be applied after my latest patch (which
was for `const'-correctness, and was patched from the latest CVS version
available).

It adds code in file.c, an entry in allegro.h and a description in
allegro._tx.
