[AD] 3.9.31 breaks MSVC 4

When trying to compile 3.9.31 on MSVC 4 on Windows NT Workstation, I now get
this error:

src/win/wddwin.c(151) : error C2400: inline assembler syntax error in
'opcode'; found 'mm3'

This is followed by a number od similar errors referencing 'mm0', 'mm4',
etc.  Finally, the errors end with:

src/win/wddwin.c(205) : error C2400: inline assembler syntax error in
'opcode'; found '['
src/win/wddwin.c(219) : error C2400: inline assembler syntax error in
'opcode'; found 'newline'
make.exe: *** [obj/msvc/alleg/wddwin.obj] Error 2
