Hi,
this is the patch to add a yielding function.
I do suspect it does not work as it whould though, because on my system,
a simple example looping on yielding takes as much CPU time as another
program, which is CPU intensive (my game ;))
Using select with 1us delay is OK, but it seems sched_yield (from the man
pages, the Right Thing) does not work.
BTW, sched_yield does not return -1....
Sorry if this is an easy bug, I am not very well at all today.
