[translations] Side effects of MR 84 with scripts

Hi all,

I wanted to tackle updating the French version of the NR, but

cd Documentation
make ISOLANG=fr NO_COLOR=1 check-translation > ../../chktrans

reveals that all files have been deleted. Sure! they have moved into a 
dedicated directory.


And running translation status  gives
