We need to start getting sponsors, I have a bunch of good speakers lined up, who need travel expenses,
it would be great to get them. We can get more speakers, but with no money, it will be hard.

we need about 20 people to work on this project actively. we should be recruiting people from vlore. In kosovo we held a free linux course to attract new people and that worked well.
