There is no way to do that with current chrony.

A general recommendation would be to specify at least two additional
sources (e.g. NTP servers), so the PTP source will be rejected as a
falseticker when it doesn't agree with the rest. If the PTP source was
marked with the "prefer" option, the other sources wouldn't be used
for synchronization unless the PTP source is rejected.
