Again it is not clear what you want. Why would you want to find NTP servers
via dhcp? dhcp is for giving your system an IP address. chrony or ntp are for
giving your system the UTC time. And if you want chrony to find an NTP server, that is in part what
pool.ntp.org is for. It is not necessarily the most accurate time (the systems
in the pool are from people who have volunteered their systems to supply time,
but they are not necessarily the best available. But then youhave never said
what time accuracy you want your system to attain.

There are also a great number of lists of people who have volunteered their
systems a publically accessible ntp servers (and yes they also operate as
chrony servers-- chrony is simply another program that uses the ntp protocol
for exchanging time. As far as the server is concerned, a chrony system is the
same as an ntpd system.)
