With a CM4 client with this config talking to that server:
server 51.68.44.27 minpoll 0 maxpoll 0 xleave port 319
hwtimestamp * rxfilter ptp minpoll 2
hwtstimeout 1
ptpport 319
I get a similar mixture of HW/Kernel timestamping: 2382 K H, 33 H H, 5
K K, 0 H K.
