How long after the last entry in the logs (2023-04-24 02:36:28) was
this command executed?

What does chronyc activity and selectdata print?

It's not clear to me if chronyd stopped sending requests or the
responses are getting lost. There might be a network issue. Some ISPs
block or rate limit longer NTP packets.

That's the last NTS-KE session. If there is no packet loss, "Cook"
should be 8 and "Last" should go up to 30 days.
