The public key encryption in the NTP software package does not support NAT forwarding. Want to know about nts-ke support?

The minimum value of ntsrefresh depends on the polling interval. If the interval is too short, the client would be frequently making NTS-KE requests and possibly even not able to send an NTP request.
I'll add a note to the man page.
