Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I use the date command to adjust the system clock after starting chronyd to test the synchronization function of chronyd. I'll try the method you said.

Did you set the clock after chronyd was started? Your makestep directive allows a step only in the first three updates of the clock.
Try "makestep 1 -1".
