If you don't have fallbackdrift in your chrony.conf and you waited for
the system time offset as reported by chronyc tracking to reach zero,
there will not be any significant corrections made to the clock.
There will be a difference in the modification time of the drift file,
which could have an impact if you started chronyd with the -s option
and there is no RTC or battery.
Other than that, I think it will be the same.
