Well, that can be blamed on chrony. He has configured 4 pool servers and apparently
chrony thinks it is a good idea to expand that to 22 sources. I don't think that is the
right thing to do, but ntpd does it as well so it will probably be a long battle to get
rid of that!
That the sources all do not work is probably caused by a firewall somewhere.
