Known, but I don't know how to fix it. Web is not really my thing.
Ideally, I'd like the menu on left to be placed on top if the display
is too narrow, but I have no idea how to do that (without javascript).

That doesn't seem to make a difference for me, at least in Fennec and
the built-in browser in LOS.
I tried changing the initial scale in the tag to 0.5 and it seems it
helped a bit. I hope this doesn't break desktop browsers. I tried only
Firefox.
