Thanks so much for your response. I was able to discover what the issue was. The pulse was coming in but it was too narrow. It was around 4.2ms wide instead of the normal 100ms. I was able to utilize a Trimble utility to make the pulse wider and that solved the issue. Thanks again for your help.

I have no experience with the BeagleBone. As a high-level check, if
the HW/kernel configuration is correct, you should see timestamps
being updated in one of

/sys/class/pps/pps0/assert
/sys/class/pps/pps0/clear

If both are zero, there is no point in testing chronyd.
