[chrony-users] can not sync with vmware ntp server

Hi,

I run an esx hypervisor with ntp v4 activated.
I want to use this esx as time server for all my virtual linux ubuntu 
clients on the esx.

When I use ntp it gets syncronized

sinalco:~ # ntpq -p
     remote           refid      st t when poll reach   delay offset

When I use chrony nothing happens.

sinalco:~ # chronyc sources
