Well yes, that is what happens to bechamel sauce when you heat it too rapidly.
Sometimes you can save it by beating it with a whisk very vigourously, but
sometimes you just have to start again.
Sorry.
It it was not your bechamel sauce you were worried about, perhaps you could
tell us what it was you were worried about, what happened, in detail, what
your configuration file says, and why you think something went wrong.
