[chrony-users] chronyd pb

Hello all,

on some Linux boxes, chronyd does not set the time properly.
It seems to consider that the time returned by the nntp server is
UTC but it is not true. The following is the measurment log
on a good box and a faulty one (chronyd.conf are equal) :

good:

2013-10-09 14:02:55 129.20.128.22   N  2 1111 111 1011  8  8 0.25 -1.971e+00
8.940e-04  2.796e-06  5.692e-03  0.000e+00

false:
