The first release of libchrony is now available. It's a minimal C
library for monitoring chronyd. The API should be stable now. It
supports both UDP and Unix domain sockets, it's compatible with all
chronyd versions since 1.29.1, and it supports all reports except
"clients", "manual", and "sourcename".
