[chrony-dev] [PATCH v3 0/2] fix RTC issues on some platforms

Here another update to my patches on the topic.

Updates in v3:
- do not rely on hwclock, instead check for the new message as an
  acceptable test state for 101-rtc
- mention the reasons that we need to enable/disable IRQs due to the
  kernel only returning the error if the state changes

Updates in v2:
- reduce the check to work if the error messages are internationalized
- add check to cover RTCs only misbehaving on enabling IRQs

Christian Ehrhardt (2):
  test: accept test if platform is unable of RTC is RTC_UIE_ON
  rtc: extend check for RTCs that don't support interrupts
