Compiled and running on macOS 10.15.0 Beta 4, compiled with Xcode 11 Beta 4.

Nice to note that Apple haven't broken anything chrony related (yet). There are major security and file system access related changes in macOS 10.15. I had been a little worried that chrony might break the new rules.
