Currently it's not possible to make chronyd to only print error messages
to stderr.
This is because:
1. There is no way to specify the minimum desired logging level (ie:
LOGS_ERR)
2. All the output goes to stderr, no matter what. So I can't just
redirect stdout to /dev/null.
Would it be possible to fix this?
