I have some before and after screen shots at http://whatroute.net/chrony/ Graphs based on values from tracking.log Colour scheme in graphs: Purple: Freq ppm Red: RMS value of Offset (calculated as in chronyd) - usec Brown: Rem. corr. usec Orange: weighted mean of Rem corr (exponential, alpha = 0.1) - usec http://whatroute.net/chrony/chrony-2.1.1.png - unpatched chrony-2.1.1 http://whatroute.net/chrony/chrony-git.png - included patches applied to git Couple of things I noted 1. rem corr is no longer offset from 0 (well not by much) and has a much lower range 2. Frequency has changed from approx 20 ppm to about 60 ppm Regards Bryan
