A few corrections needed in chrony.spec
a)It does not seem to like the - in -pre1. It should probably be replaced with
_pre1.
Ie, the package should be renames to chrony-1.28_pre1 rather than
chrony.1.28-pre1

b) at least on mysystem (Magaei 2) the man pages seem to be .xz not .gz, and as
a result there system complains of non-existent files since the .spec file has
..gz for the man pages.
c) The packager is no longer Richard Curnoe, but this should be relabeled as
Miroslav Lichvar
d)  rpm wants
License: GPL
rather than Copyright: GPL
