[chrony-dev] chronyc timeout

Hello,

do I miss something or is there really no way to tell chronyc how long 
to try sending the commands to a non-responsive daemon?

If haven't missed them, could you please add (as either command line 
arguments or commands) a way to specify the timeout and the retry count?
