Bug trackers are pretty rubbish (as a class) for quick and easily fixed issues (IMHO). They are effective for tracking things which require "process", some kind of multistep fix or longer term bugs or when they pile up faster than can be fixed?

At the moment it would appear that the mailing lists represent a reasonably effective bug tracker for Chrony?
