A "new" project has been created from anemon : the pydhcplib. The 
pydhcplib is a pure python dhcp library to read/write dhcp packets on 
network, and to encode/decode dhcp packets. The package includes a 
administrator tool to get/send dhcp packet on network and encode/decode 
dhcp packet (not finished). Release 0.3.0 has been published yesterday.

The anemon server now depends on the pydhcplib. The svn repository is 
hosted on tuxfamily, and i'm testing a bug tracker (mantis) to manage bugs.
