netbox doesn't work

Hi all,
I have some problems configuring the network with static IP using netbox 
(in SliTaz 3.0).
Simply speaking all changes I make don't take effect and are not saved.
I successfully can stop dhcp but whenever I restart the network (with 
static IP), dhcp does restart too!
This problem was not present in SliTaz 2.0.
Can someone help me to fix this behaviour.
