Hello,
I just found out by accident that the hmsa utility does not recognize
filenames ending in.zip.st extenders. Therefor atm it is not possible to
simply use zip2st.sh and convert to .msa later because zip2st.sh does
not strip the .zip away and hmsa fails on the generated zip.st file.
Is this behaviour intentional or should either zip2st or hmsa itself be
fixed?
